Wow that was some game last night. The Giants I think got luck at the end there with Farve throwing that pick. But was it me or did you notice that Brett Farve looked cold out there ? I can remember when the colder it was, snowier it was, and windier it was that Farve just got better and better. I wonder if age is catching up to him.
I did catch parts of the patriots game, but really didnt we all know that they would win? I mean come on you know the people in charge of the NFL told the refs no matter what happens make sure they make it to the Superbowl, there isnt a bigger possible marketing bonzana than an undefeated team playing for it all.
And speaking of the Superbowl the Squares are ready for this year, check them out

Well not totally officially I guess. You see the state of Michigan is pretty screwed up when it comes to voting, well and most other things that the government is in charge of, lets not even get into the budget screw up they still really havent fixed.
First the nice site
www.michigan.gov/vote is supposed to tell you where you should cast your ballot. Well they still havent updated the fact that Firehouse #2 in Walker no longer exists and there is a nice new large one down the street. Im lucky I happened to be driving that way and saw the half snow covered sign that said Vote Here on it.
Once inside I found the room and there was a pretty good turnout as far as I could tell.... 1 other person besides myself. It's really pretty sad that people don't vote on important things. People if you don't vote you have no right to complain about ***, and everyone is complaining in our great state.
So back to why I am Republican today. The lady at the first station almost was not going to let me vote because my drivers license address didnt match my new address, I moved and never got the sticker to update it. Then after convincing her that I did indeed live here, she made me choose a box that said Republican, Democrat or not Voting in the Presedential Primary...which is the only thing that everyone is voting on today. So I asked her what to do if I was independant and she was like I dunno just pick one. I think at this point she was pretty irritated with me.
So based on the fact that I wanted to vote for
Ron Paul I chose Republican and voted.
After filling in the paper ballot with an ink pen, I had to feed my ballot through a vote counting machine. The total number of votes was displaying on the machine, and since I was there at about 8am, and the polls open at 7am, how many votes do you think there were? 50..75..100 maybe ? No 18. I was the 18th person to vote in a whole hour. Again pathetic.
And the worst part of the whole deal ? you guessed it... no I Voted! stickers.
Oh well the results should be interesting
GO RON PAUL. Ron Paul 2008!
