Some people were asking for my chili recipe that I used this past saturday at the cook-of. Here it is:
Mcbeev's Pepper Steak Chili
1lb of stew meat or better steak to your liking
2 8oz cans of tomatoe sauce
2-3 14oz cans of a combination of kidney, black, or white beans
packet of McCormicks Hot Chili Seasoning
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 jar of jalepenos
1 cup of beer
1 tsp of cooking oil
pepper and garlic salt
brown meat in oil and beer, when adding meat give a healthy dose of the pepper and garlic salt as it goes in. After brown, drain grease. Addin everything except onions and jalepenosand bring to a boil. Then reduce and simmer for 15 mins. Half way through the simmer add in onions and jalepenos. Serve with crackers, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and the best hot sauce you got.

As I mentioned before, I made some tasty asian food on saturday. Posted my recipe on my flickr site with
illustrations. Enjoy. Most of my friends know that if this whole computer/technology/programming thing doesnt work out, my backup is becoming a chef.
